A Little about Heidi
With more than 35 years of experience in customer service–driven roles, I bring a well-rounded background spanning banking, manufacturing, construction, and project management. My career began in the financial services industry, where I spent over a decade working for a family-owned community bank in progressively responsible positions, including teller, personal banker, HR Director, and Assistant Controller. In these roles, I developed strong expertise in customer relations, operations, human resources, and financial oversight.
For more than 25 years, I have also been deeply involved in a family-owned cabinet manufacturing business, where I supported both the operational and client-facing sides of the company. My responsibilities included customer service, payroll, cabinet design, operations, and project management, requiring close coordination with clients, vendors, and installers to ensure projects were delivered accurately and on time.
In addition to these roles, I have experience in custom home building project management, have served as a homeowners' association liaison and am a licensed realtor. These positions further strengthened my ability to manage complex projects, communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and balance multiple priorities. Throughout my career, I have been recognized for my reliability, adaptability, and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
